GoAbout acquired by MoveYou

Franeker, The Netherlands 22 okt. 2021 Mobility platform MoveYou has taken over all activities of shared mobility provider GoAbout. “We have found a partner in GoAbout that fits in well with MoveYou’s vision and activities. And as a result, we are able to make the scaling up that we have in mind.” According to Hidde van der Maas of MoveYou. The transfer will be completed further until the end of this year.

Mobility; flexible and efficient
The acquisition strengthens MoveYou’s position as a MaaS aggregator and gives GoAbout customers more options in their expansion of mobility services.

“More mobility services and more options to tempt more users,” says Van der Maas. “We make it easy to transfer quickly and comfortably from the car to public transport and by bike – or vice versa.”

Mobility-as-a-Service provider
MoveYou is building an ecosystem with its platform. With the acquisition of GoAbout, MoveYou expands its services, which currently consist of APIs for refueling, parking and charging, with a shared bicycle and car infrastructure.
